As part of its mission, Area Artists Association (A3) organizes annual exhibitions throughout the region. Artists who have been juried into A3 by December of any given year, may submit work(s) to A3 exhibitions the following year. As long as members remain in good standing by attending meetings, providing occasional volunteer assistance as needed for its operations or exhibitions, and paying annual dues of $25 to A3 (in addition to their Lubeznik Center for the Arts membership), they may submit works to A3 exhibitions the following year.
In 2023, we have 2 exhibitions scheduled: 1) Horizons Reimagined, at the South Bend Museum of Art on view through November 5, 2023 and 2) One Foot In at The Rising Phoenix Gallery, October 27-November 26, 2023 in Michigan City, IN.
In 2024, we have 3 exhibitions scheduled: 1) The Art Barn School of Art in Valparaiso; 2) Moon Tree Studios in Donaldson IN; and, 3) the Chesterton Art Center in Chesterton, IN.
In 2025, we have two exhibitions penciled in: 1) The Marshall J. Gardner Center for the Arts in Miller Beach, IN and 2) the Roti Roti Art Center of Buchanan, MI.
